Background
Adolfo has practiced as an attorney for more than nine years in San Antonio and Laredo. He assists clients in a wide range of energy and business-related transactions, including oil and gas leases, wind and solar energy leases, electric & pipeline right-of-way agreements, surface-use agreements and other areas relating to oil and gas bankruptcy and condemnation with a focus on land and mineral owner representation. Adolfo also practices in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial and industrial leasing, business formation, international transactions, and trade. Before co-founding Martinez, Franklin & Morales, PLLC, Adolfo practiced with Person, Whitworth, Borchers & Morales, LLP (2013-2019) and clerked during law school for the Honorable George P. Kazen in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
